Student research and scholarship in all disciplines are encouraged and celebrated by faculty and staff.
Randolph students have access to programs such as the Randolph Innovative Student Experience (RISE), the annual Symposium of Artists & Scholars, and the Summer Research Program.
These programs are consolidated in the Center for Student Research. The Center makes student research more meaningful to students by building connections between departmental research courses and capstone experiences and helping students identify off-campus research opportunities and internships as well as funding for those experiences.
The competitive Summer Research Program provides funding for students to spend eight intensive weeks collaborating with faculty members on research. The program includes all disciplines across campus and offers students opportunities to present findings at professional conferences and/or to publish results in professional journals.
