July 2021 – Released the results of the retrospective external review by Troutman Pepper of the College’s handling of Title IX cases.
July 2021 – Released the results of the student survey of campus climate, conducted by the research firm Perry Undem.

June 2021 – Announced the hiring of a new Title IX coordinator, Tamara Kosic, who began work in July 2021.
January 2021 – Announced completion of phase one and phase two of the external review by Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP. Phase one included a look at the policies put into place to respond to the change in federal regulations that went into effect in August 2020. Phase two involved a complete review of all the College’s Title IX case files. Began phase three, which will include interviews with the College community, including employees, as well as current and former students.
October 2020 – Provided an update on the work of the Task Force on Campus Culture. The task force has divided into several subgroups with specific goals, such as comparing Randolph’s Cleary statistical data on student safety with similar data from our peer and aspirant institutions, speaking with student and alumnae and alumni groups about sexual harassment and assault awareness and prevention, and examining policies and procedures in place at other colleges to ensure a healthy campus culture.

August 12, 2020 – Published revised Sexual Misconduct Policies for students, faculty and staff
